I lead the Proposition team towards our promised land of helping people do things they wouldn’t have otherwise imagined. Whether we’re delivering great marketing work, helping people innovatively manage customer data, or just saying yes to great ideas and getting stuck in, I’m loving every second of it.
I genuinely believe that we’re entering a new era for business – one where education, compelling stories, and brilliant experiences will be how businesses win. I’m really passionate about leading Proposition and our clients to transform the way they view marketing to take advantage of this change, and having a blast on the way.
I lead Proposition’s awesome people towards delivering great results for our clients, our team, and Proposition. I am responsible for managing client projects and making sure everything goes smoothly and to plan. I also look after the day to day running of the business and ensuring that Proposition’s growth goes to plan.
From my roots as a Graphic Designer, I’ve always been passionate about making sure things are well run and highly organised, so when the prospect of running the Proposition business came up, I jumped at the chance. The fact that I’m able to bring my skills to bear on a project that I’m really passionate about gets me out of bed every morning.
My role in Proposition team is to help our clients tell their stories. Great storytelling needs to be genuine and compelling for it to connect with the audience. Whether it is what’s on your website or communicating your service on your social media, I am your go-to guy. I work with our clever team of creatives to deliver marketing that is unique, fun and most importantly- effective.
I studied Fine Arts, so I know a thing or two about the power of creativity and meaning. I do what I do based on the core belief that creativity and creative problem solving needs to be in the soul of every business. What pulls at our heartstrings more than seeing (or reading) something that you can relate to? It’s something that we feel we can be a part of. Communication is about transferring the information from one point to another, but I believe we can all strive towards a world we communicate more. More boldly, more authentically, more creatively and more audaciously.
I keep the Proposition team and our clients up to date on the latest changes in digital advertising and marketing technology, as well as being responsible for doing all the hard work behind the scenes that gets our clients in front of their target market’s eyeballs. I’m also a specialist in building funnels, and getting the most out of tools like HubSpot. If you’re working with Proposition, I’ll be making sure you get the best value for your advertising dollar.
I love helping great businesses show themselves in a new light, and grab attention that they never previously thought was possible. I’m passionate about using new tools and technologies to solve exciting business problems. Keeping up with the rapid pace of change in the digital world gives me new perspectives every day, and helps me learn and grow continuously.
